Is there interactions with livalo and ezetimibe taken together?

Statins like Livalo are often taken with ezetimibe but I would caution you to have liver enzymes checked regularly &be on the lookout for severe muscle pains as well as checking your Total CPK enzyme which detects muscular inflammation. I mostly work with rosuvastatin or pravastatin as they are hydrophilic statins with less propensity for side effects. As always, follow your MD's advice
