Why does my throat hurt when i yawn, but it does not hurt when i swallow or eat or do anything else. it only hurts really bad when i yawn, and the pain isn't that of like a sore throat but more raw?

It could be a referred pain from TMJ pain. The TMJs are moving significantly when you yawn.
