You don't mention what symptoms you developed. While you obviously had intolerance of the fumes, I wouldn't worry about sustaining any damage to your airways or.system in general if you didn't develop cough, wheezing or shortness of breath. You did the obvious right things by ventilating,not having longterm exposure and not continuing to inhale the fumes.
