SA node is the point of initiation of the heartbeat. 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree AV block refers to increasing severity of conduction block at a point further along the conduction system. Left bundle branch block refers to a block of the two left branches further along the conduction system. The system is like a telephone line ending in right and left branches; the left branch splits again.
