Usually BV can be treated with any recommended treatment without yeast infection occurring. However, if you have experienced yeast when treated for BV, you could be treated with a single oral dose of fluconazole at the same time; or other anti-yeast treatment, if you are the same person who previously asked about yeast that did not respond to the azole drugs.
