Probably not: If the friend has not had sex since her last period, she should not be pregnant. That said, a pregnancy test is always a good idea. There are many reasons why she might miss a period, pregnancy being one of them. If she misses another with a negative pregnancy test, she should see her doctor.

Need to clarify: Pregnancy is not the only reason not to have a period. The lack of a period is amenorrhea. There can be general health reasons, psychological reasons as well. When she gets evaluated these will be the things that will need to be evaluated.
