I have had diahrrea at the same day of the week, in the last two weeks. i tend to have a stresfull day in university in the day before the sudden diahrrea. i also ate lunch at the same place. could it be ibs?

You are correct, it might be IBS. Then again, it may be what you had for lunch. Isolate what you ate, it may not agree with your digestive tract.
