I take these values to indicate you're not in need of B12 or folic acid supplements. A high B12 level is harmless & excessive levels are simply secreted in the urine. Your serum iron level is slightly low but a high unsaturated iron binding capacity indicates iron deficiency which is often caused by monthly menstrual blood loss unless you've observed signs of other bleeding.. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are consistent with iron deficiency and taking oral iron supplement will be helpful. Wish you good health!
