The best support for maximal height attainment is to eat a good diet rich in lean protein, get lots of sleep and do moderate exercise. Avoid getting sick as colds, flu and covid can slow growth. Unfortunately, even with perfect nutrition, sleep and health, each person is genetically predisposed to be typically as tall as their same gender parent plus or minus 2 inches.

Eat a balanced diet, get proper sleep & exercise & you maximize your ability to reach your genetic height. An x-ray of your wrist/hand may show you have open growth centers & a chance to grow. If closed, you are done, & no diet/meds/exercise will change that. The expected final male height is 1/2 the sum of both parents plus 2.5 inches, give or take an inch.
