All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the monocyte count is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

Monocyte count is zero. The rest of CBC is normal, B12 and folate normal, ferritin low normal. I have Hashimoto's. I recently experienced a lot of stress and am exhausted from insomnia. Currently have URI. Should I be concerned about no monocytes?
