I fell down a flight of stairs last june of 2021. when i went to the hospital after two months, i was told that nothing was wrong. for some time, the pain went away & i could only feel minor aches. but now, suddenly the pain is worse than ever?

Over a year has elapsed giving most injuries plenty of time to heal. You don't mention where your pain is so we're unable to provide a differential diagnosis. You'll have to get examined and advised by a physician. I'm sure any appropriate tests will be ordered.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
