I am getting a popping sensation under my left rib cage at the bottom rib. when i exhale or inhale i feel like bubbles are being blown there. often on a deep exhale there is a click in the same area? it comes and goes on different days for a while?

I would regard this as the floating or popping rib syndrome as the 12 th rib is a floating rib and can be hypermobile. This syndrome occasionally occurs without any trauma and may come& go. Your physician can examine & advise you better though.
