Dark, sublingual veins are perfectly normal. They can be quite close to the surface.

The veins under your tongue are quite close to the surface, and as there is less oxygen in venous blood than arterial blood, it appears blue. What you are seeing is normal anatomy.just to be prudent, have your Dentist take a look at your next regular check-up.
