Chest pains 4 weeks ago troponin 10 then 9 when repeated. ECGs ok. Discharged with omeprazole and cardiac review - waiting for CT angiogram. Yesterday chest pains again troponin was 7 ECG ok discharged to wait for angiogram. Should I be worried?
