4 years ago i had multiple unprotected sex with hiv+ men(who is not on medication). got tested with the 4th generation ag/ab blood test after 29 days with inconclusive results then repeat the test after 44,91days also 3 years. is it false negative?

All tests have false negatives but seems unlikely. Discuss with local Drs who knows what the prob is in women like you who live where you live. Time will tell.

Negative results with a 4th combo test at 91 days and 3 years after exposure rule out HIV. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
