In order to infect with HIV in this scenario, three things have to be present concurrently: first that person has to be HIV +, second the same person has an open lesion in his mouth so HIV can get into his saliva and third, your wound is an open wound (not covered by a scab).

About half of the people your age have already been infected with HSV 1 and the only symptom may be occasional cold sore. Even if you are not already infected, what you described is unlikely to transmit HSV-1 Wish you good health!
