There are many reasons for this and need evaluation by a doc specializing in sexual medicine. In the meantime try not to show your disappointment and encourage him- otherwise it becomes a vicious cycle. Also have him use OTC gels sold for this to be applied on the penis before sex. With some patience, treatment and time it should be OK. Good luck
