Acute poisoning of carbon monoxide in that scenario would hurt you right at that time and it should not have any long lasting effect if you are not chronically exposed to an environment with high CO content.

Unlikely that your brief exposure resulted in any deleterious results. Acute exposure would cause immediate severe problems, and insidious long-term exposure, such as in a leaky vehicle exhaust system, would develop cognitive issues or Parkinsonian signs over weeks to months. Hopefully that is reassuring, but if you need more assurance, a blood test could be done.
