The CDC doesn't recommend this vaccine routinely for adults. Recommended for those who are HIV positive, increased risk because of a serogroup A, C, W, or Y meningococcal disease outbreak .Also for someone taking Soliris or traveling to countries where is an outbreak. First year college students living in a residence hall or those in the military are also advised.
