More description of your abdominal pain is needed in order to advise you. Right upper abdominal pain can be from gall bladder problems which often cause radiation.of pain around to the right side of the back. Kidney stones can cause flank& back pain. 2 days of persistent abdominal pain is best evaluated in the emergency room where prompt testing is available.

Gall bladder disease would be a cause of these complaints. Other possibilities would be peptic ulcer disease and GETD.
