Lupus and Hepatitis: Nope. Absolutely not. I would be very curious what made you think that lupus can cause a viral infection of the liver. Hepatitis b and c are distinct viruses that can infect and damage the liver. Infections are not caused by other kinds of illnesses but by the very bugs they are named after.
