Selsun Blue Shampoo: Selsun blue shampoo, lathered in and left on your scalp for 10 minutes is very effective in treating dandruff. Do this daily until it is resolved, then periodically for prevention.

Yes: Try Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo. If tha does not help you you need drops of cortisone for your scalp prescribed. Other cheaper shampoos...Selsum blue or even head & shoulders for dandruff.
