In 2013 i had a ct scan..it showed an 8mm x 5mm brain calcification in the left cortex. they said its benign, however also said it could be 2 possible conditions. 1: calcified cavarnoma or 2. longstanding dystrophic cortical calcification. will i die?

You will not die of this calcification. We will all die sooner or later, but what you described is not lethal. Please get on with you life. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
