Someone i was around with found a tiny tick on them. should i worry if i might get it and spread it? i'm not sure how contagious they are compared to lice or fleas or is it mostly when you're outside. just a little concerned?

Ticks don't truly jump. I've never heard of one tick biting 2 people.
