this could be acid reflux ( heartburn) or symptoms of ulcer . Try seeing if Tums or Maalox helps with the sensation. Speak to your doctor about whether you can try Omeprazole or Pepcid which are acid reducers. Try eating smaller meals and avoid fatty foods and see if this helps your symptoms. Pregnancy can increase the possibility for acid reflux due to pressure on the stomach and hormonal change
