Does this occur during sleep or while awake? Nocturnal emission of sperm isn't unusual (wet dreams). I don't think obesity causes your leakage but prostate problems can. Do you note any urinary symptoms? I recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation and advice.

What is leaking may not be semen, You ought to have it checked by a Urologist. Obesity does not cause this. But obesiity is bad for your general health and can and does cause all kinds of other problems- so please seriously lose weight or get help to do so. Good luck.

Any leaking from obesity is urine not semen. Losing 5-10% of weight will decrease leakage. Consult a Urologist for exam and treatment, as well as a nutritionist for weight loss.
