Yes. There are other causes as well and it would be prudent to see your doctor. In the meantime increase your intake of water to make sure it is not due to dehydration.

Yes, severe anxiety can be associated with postural tremors in arms, head, and even legs, especially if there is a family history of essential tremor. However, make certain that you do not have hyperthyroidism, or are taking medications which can cause shaking. Biofeedback, meditation, and other relaxation therapies could help control.
