Is week 11 transvaginal gender ultrasound accurate?

Not likely: Gender body parts can be reliably seen starting at 19-20 weeks.

Can be: Under ideal conditions, 11 weeks is the absolute earliest that ultrasound can determine sex of the baby. I wouldn't start painting the room just yet. The results at 18-22 weeks (when most women have an ultrasound to check the baby) are quite accurate.
