Masturbation is normal and has no effect on sperm count, no matter how often it is done. Be careful about planned health pledges that contradict natural inclinations and biological drives. You are not likely to be successful in an effort to stop masturbating, and there seems no need for it. If you are bothered by the frequency or other aspects of it, discuss with physician or consider counseling.

Frequent masturbation does not causes any permanent reduction in your sperm count or any 'danger'. The only way to know your sperm count is by a semen exam after 3-4 days of abstinence. Masturbation is a choice. Just remember everything is OK in moderation.
