The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. But BV usually doesn't itch; that symptom suggests yeast or other infection. Also, STIs can cause all this, and are more common in women with BV, especially at your age. You need to be seen in person, including testing for common STIs, esp. gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas. Good luck.

These symptoms indicate a vaginal infection to treat which you have to be seen and the discharge examined and then treated. This cannot be done on line. It is not a VD or anything to be ashamed of and things like this happen. Pl see your Gyn and you will be fine
