I received a minor testicle injury that caused a lot of swelling around 60 hours ago. i didn't experience any extreme pain and i had a little nausea. it's getting smaller now, is it a sign that the swelling is going away or that my testicle has died?

An injury causes pain and swelling, and then it subsides after time. Your testicle ,if severely injured would be in great pain and still swollen and would need medical attention.

'Minor' injuries do not result in loss of testicle. The swelling should gradually go down. Local heat and a few days of Ibuprofen will help
