Could a chest ct miss breast cancer or lymphoma in breast ? i had enlarged lymph node and enlarged left breast shown on ultrasound but chest ct was normal?

Although chest CT scan is not used to screen for breast cancer it can detect breast tissue pathology including cancer. Of course a tissue examination is needed for a definitive diagnosis. In your case I would recommend close collaboration between a breast surgeon and radiologist with respect to careful follow-up and advice about indications for other type studies and biopsy.
