You are more sensitive to heat for a week after heat exhaustion. so during that time, can simple activities that normally wouldn't give you heat exhaustion, such as taking a shower, give you another heat exhaustion?

Need more details. Avoid a really hot shower. It will depend on how well your body cooling mechanisms have recovered. Discuss with a Japanese Dr who will know more about giving advice to men like you who live where you live. Keep Cool!
