Just finished epididymitis treatment. very small swell left in the safe no pain. i ejaculated but not much came out. is this due to the left over blockage? should i be concerned about infertility?

Majority of the ejaculate fluid is from secretions of the glands lining the passageway thru which ejaculate comes out. One sides epididymitis will not cause infertility. I think in a few weeks everything will become normal.
