Belly fat: There are several hormones responsible to abdominal fat. The main two being Insulin and cortisol. Also if men drink too much beer and some other foods or have Insulin resistance they will convert their testosterone to estrogen (process called aromatize) and this will also increase abdominal fat.

It's not just one...: Hormones that can play into a man's belly fat include: low testosterone, high insulin, high cortisol, high estrogen (estradiol), and others. You need to be evaluated by a forward thinking anti-aging or wellness physician. Hope this helps.
