Sperm can and often are in both. It is the prostatic fluid produced by your prostate gland. I would go to Wikipedia and learn more about the production of semen and prostatic fluid. If you ejaculated twice and have not problems in getting sperm for testis to prostate yes you ejaculated sperm twice in a row. I have never hear any one ejaculating enough times to clear out all sperm.
