My fianc has been spotting for 3 days and its now light pink we had sex with a condom a over almost 2 weeks ago and she has no signs of pregnancy? should we be concerned? she doesnt have birth control but takes antidepressants, how do we fix this?

Any abnormal vaginal bleeding, including spotting between periods, should be professionally evaluated. Same for vaginal discharge, which sounds possible as well (because of "pink" discharge). She should see her doctor or other clinic soon, and it would be best to not have sex until she has been evaluated. Good luck.
