Not necessarily: If you haven't had any bleeding or cramping, you might just be lucky that your nausea lifted early. Every pregnancy is different, so if you are concerned, it would be a good idea to go to your OB to get checked out to confirm that everything is alright. In the end, you know your body better than anyone else, so if something feels "off" to you, let your doctor know.
