A member asked:

I always get nauseous after eating eggs of any kind, what would be the reasoning behind this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You may be allergic to eggs or to either the white or the yolk or sulfur: Over cooked egg whites generate hydrogen sulfide (H2S), the odor we of rotten eggs. Boiled eggs contain the gas in the shell, the gas migrates through the white to the yolk. The sulfur reacts with iron in the yolk, producing iron sulfide which is greenish-gray. Please see an ENT/Allergist.
