Sucking on ice chips and sips of sugar water will sometimes keep them hydrated and settle the stomach. Depending on the childs' age (not listed) there are meds that can help settle the stomach.

I agree, keep your daughter well hydrated with small frequent clear fluids. Avoid milk products until well. Monitor temperature and breathing, have COVID-19 testing. Usually gastric infections improve within 48 hours. Encourage fluids and watch for worsening abdominal pain or headache.
