Chance of pregnancy is extremely low with the first positive and then 4 consecutive negative tests with different brands (the later the test is done the higher sensitive of the urine pregnancy test). So, unless sex abstain or using condom is not an option until blood test is done, I would say you can continue the OC pill if you want to avoid pregnancy.

If you do not want to get pregnant, do not stop your birth control pills. Taking the pills will not affect the results of the pregnancy test. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines
