Hi. i have physical anhedonia . this means i cant feel pleasure from physical touch like hugs, drinking a cup of tea or having a shower . i also have sexual anhedonia - i cant feel pleasure from intimacy or orgasm. is there any cure for this?

I would ask your doc for a referral to a life coach/therapist who could teach you stress management skills and explore the things in your life that may have given rise to these feelings. Unrecovered memories/stressful events may have brought this on. If you can discover the origin, you may be able to eventually get past this set of responses.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
