What do you recommend for a strong cough and nausea thats a syrup?

It depends upon what type.of cough and what condition you have. If you have an annoying dry hacking cough following a head cold, then a cough suppressant like syrup DM or Robitussin with codeine helps. If you have an active bronchial or pulmonary infection and need to raise& expectorate secretions or sputum, then we prescribe an expectorant cough syrup that your pharmacist can recommend.
