Emotional stress can certainly prompt forgetfulness, and this one event is not necessarily a sign of any looming cognitive disorder. However, recommend stress management program and/ or biofeedback therapy to assist your improved coping.

Stress and anxiety at any age can cause temporary loss of important everyday functions, thoughts, and numerical sequences. Reduce your stress and if it continues see a therapist. Leave your PIN and passwords with a loved or trusted one for access, or hide them in back of drivers license for quick access ,but not on back of credit cards or bank cards.
