Yes if you are in a very hot environment and do not sweat or sweat does not evaporate due to high humidity. Or is you are not heat adapted. Google Adaptation to the heat to learn more. Or go to uptodate.com and pay a 1 month's subscription and learn all about it. If you do lots with Dr. Google then this will save you time and money and worry and maybe even your life.
