The vascular congestion associated with sexual excitation is a likely explanation. It is not harmful. See if urinating after ejaculation helps with the pain.

Sometimes a a small upper pole cyst of the epididymis ( a structure sitting and attached to the back of the testicle) gets irritated, during sex can cause that. This usually gets better by itself. Call back if not better.
