A member asked:

Evaluation for neural foraminal stenosis on the right oblique view is limited because of suboptimal positioning. there is no suggestion of significant neural foraminal stenosis on thevsubmitted left oblique view.does this mean minor neural foraminal?

translation= The study cannot confirm or exclude the issue since the position in the right oblique view was not optimal. The left oblique view does not indicate any problem (it looks normal).

Your report is consistent with a technically compromised image, but what is reported is normal. Films could be repeated if necessary to acquire better views, but this is a decision between you and your doctor.
