Typically, the arm is sore after a vaccine and may hurt a bit to move it. But, it is not usually severe. Is there any redness or warmth when touched? You may need to have it looked at to make sure there is not a skin infection called cellulitis. If the pain continues or if you have any of the above symptoms, see a doctor ASAP. Good luck!!
