My period which has been heavier than usual was supposed to end yesterday but still bleeding g bright blood when i wipe and feel bloated with feeling like been holding pee in. im def not pregnant im scared. what is wrong?

Any abnormal vaginal bleeding and any abdominal pain (including "feel bloated" or discomfort in the bladder area) should be professionally evaluated, and it seems you have both.
