I have a hard lump at the very top of my butt crack, hard, red, but most of it is not red and it is about 3 fingers in diameter. very painful to the touch i cannot sit or lay down without being in pain unless i am on my stomach. about a week old?

You may have an infection under the skin. Occasionally these require incision & drainage if an abscess has formed. Please get seen in person at your PCP office or an urgent care for evaluation.
